Meet The Team
Tiffany McKinney is a professional makeup artist and beauty educator based in Baltimore, Maryland. For over a decade, Tiffany has been dedicated to enhancing and empowering women of all ages around the DMV area one brush stroke at a time. Tiffany’s love for the beauty industry began as a small child as she watched her mother create beautiful and unique gowns and other garments on her sewing machine in their basement. Tiffany often got into trouble for sneaking into her mother’s closet and playing in her eclectic collection of clothes and makeup.
As Tiffany matured, creative outlets such as singing, performing arts, dancing, magazines, and movies would all influence her love and passion for makeup artistry. Tiffany’s makeup work has graced the runways during New York Fashion Week, has been featured on album covers, Essence online, New York Times Fashion, Getty Images, Maryland Public Television, and various stage productions and special projects in and around the DMV area. Tiffany feels that her purpose as a makeup artist is to not only touch faces but to touch the soul of every woman that sits in her chair. She loves to empower and inspire women. She carries out that mission via her educational and empowering workshops that help mentor, educate and inspire aspiring Makeup Artist as well as the everyday working woman.
Tiffany is a passionate beauty enthusiast who believes that the most beautiful thing a woman can wear is confidence. In 2017, Tiffany and her husband opened Xquisite Xpression Hair Salon & Beauty Boutique, LLC. A salon dedicated to transforming women into the best version of themselves on the inside and outside. Xquisite Xpression was birthed out of the vision of wanting to provide women with a professional, welcoming, elegant, yet affordable option for their hair, beauty and fashion needs.

Salon Policies
Prices listed on this site and our menu of services may be used as guidelines for prices only. Prices will be higher based upon hair length, texture, and condition. For a more accurate price, professional, in-salon consultation is required for exact price quotes. Long hair is considered shoulder length or below. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on this site or in our menu are guidelines for In-Salon services only. Services done off site or on-location will be quoted based on detail and circumstances. In respect to the Salon and Service providers, we ask that any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments be done so with a 24 hour notice in order for us to attempt to refill the space. We reserve the right to ask for a fee or non-refundable deposit for services when a guest has more than two “no-show” appointments.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchange and must accompany a receipt. Store can be used towards retail purchases only. Store credit will be applied to future retail purchases.
Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service, unless seated in the waiting area. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot ensure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, or group bookings for 3 people or more must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your appointment. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged. For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 40% deposit on the appointment you wish to book.
All Lash Extension fill in appointments should be made within 2-3 weeks after the full set visit is done to keep your full XQUISITE look. If you have very few lashes remaining you will need to book accordingly, you will need a full set due to the time that is allotted for fill-ins. If you have existing lashes from another lash professional we will not do the fill in. You will need to have them removed or wait until your lashes have fully shredded.
The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have regulations stating that no animals are allowed in the salon at any time. Service dogs with official “Service Animal” vests are the only exception to this rule. Service dogs must be accompanied with their official documents.
